Classic Beef Stew Recipe with pleasent ingredients

 

                            Introduction

It,s nothing more beautiful than a beef stake on a chill day.This dish is completely juicy and is filled with tendered beef, vegetables and mashed potatoes.The given recipie is best for a juicy beef stake to make your holiday great.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil)

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 4 cups beef broth (low-sodium preferred)

  • 1 cup red wine (optional, substitute with more broth)

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh thyme)

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 3 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved (or 2 large potatoes, cubed)

  • 1 cup frozen peas (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef

  • Cut the beef in cubes dry them with towel then apply salt and peper for taste.
  • Coat the beef lightly with floor

    2. Brown the Beef

  • Heat oil on medium flame for abou t 15 minutes.
  • Cook the beef until it turns brown.

    3. Sauté the Aromatics

  • In the same pot, add the remaining oil and sauté the onions until soft (about 5 minutes).

  • Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

    4. Deglaze the pot

  • Dip the stake in the tomato paste and bay leaves.
  • Pick up all the brown from the pot.

    5. Simmer the stew

  • Boil the stake and then put it on low flame and keep it there for a while.
  • Place the beef stake in pot and dip it in sauce.

    6. Add the Vegetables

  • Add the Vegetables
  • Decore it with carrots and potatoes.

Cover and steam for another 30-45 minutes, or until the vegetables and beef are tender.
